Travis Pastrana remporte l’épreuve en terminant sur la plus haute marche du podium dans les deux manches. La seconde place revient au français Stéphane Roncada qui le propulse à seulement 1 petit point derrière le leader Steve Lamson.

En 250cc bonne opération pour Sébastien Tortelli, qui en terminant lui aussi second de l”épreuve derrière Ricky Carmickael, prend la tête du classement provisoire 4 points devant son coéquipier Kevin Windham et 6 points devant le vainqueur de la journée, Ricky Carmickael. Mauvais week-end en revanche pour David Vuillemin qui suite à un problème moteur termine 38ème en première manche. Le Cobra va se reprendre en seconde manche pour finir 3ème, il pointe désormais à la 4ème place du provisoire.
